Rosemary Simple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • 4-5 fresh Rosemary Sprigs

Instructions

  • Combine sugar and water in saucepan.
  • Add Rosemary and heat gently until sugar is fully dissolved
  • Let steep about 10 minutes off heat, then strain and cool.
